GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AIO-232 series asphaltene inhibitor products are special oil soluble chemical formulations for the prevention and control of asphaltene accumulation and scaling in downhole and oil production systems.
The effect of this product is that when crude oil is under the condition of asphaltene deposition / scaling, it can effectively improve the stability of asphaltene colloidal suspension and prevent asphaltene precipitation, agglomeration and scale formation
Some specific conditions in the process of crude oil extraction, such as chemical, charge, and mechanical impact, asphaltene in crude oil exists in the original balance of damage caused by colloid deposition fouling. These include asphaltene crude oil in production and transportation to reduce pressure in the process of experience, and / or in alkanes the enrichment of low molecular weight liquid, gas, liquid (such as supercritical carbon dioxide flooding), charged surface, and in acidizing operations encountered in hydrochloric acid.
Asphaltene precipitation after mining and transportation system in the structure caused by blockage can be deposited on the near wellbore reservoir caused by reservoir damage and lead production. Conventional treatment for wax scale thermal, mechanical, and solvent method has been proven not effective treatment of asphalt scales.
