GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 EBO-110 series are oil soluble demulsifier products designed for oilfield applications. They are formulated from a variety of surfactants with demulsification properties and a high flash point solvent system or a water soluble solvent system.
Crude oil production is usually accompanied by undesired formation of emulsions due to the presence of naturally occurring emulsifying substances in the production fluid and is subject to high shear rates and turbulence in the oil production channels.
The effective oil-water separation process is an essential step in oilfield operations, which is aimed at ensuring the quality of the production of crude oil and water under the premise of the timeliness and economy. The crude oil dehydration process in internal separator is finished by chemical demulsifier assisted. Effective demulsification agent can destroy the oil-water interface to enhance and accelerate the demulsification.
