GENERAL DESCRIPTION
MXW-3215Y2 industrial bactericide is a liquid aqueous product formulated with special acidic aldehydes, quaternary amines and nonionic surfactants. It is specially designed for the control of bacterial growth in waters associated with oil field and petrochemical operations.
MXW-3215Y2 is recommended for use in oilfield and industrial, non-potable waters where bactericidal growth is problematic. It is very effective for bacterial control in produced water treatment and reinjection systems and tank bottom water in petroleum hydrocarbons storage tanks. Not interfering with viscosity characteristics of EOR polymer agent, MXW-3215Y2 is also suitable for controlling sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) in waters used for EOR programs, e.g. polymer flood, SPF, etc.
