GENERAL DESCRIPTION
PCW-251SA5 degreasing cleaner is a “green” environment-friendly product for quick and safe removing of crude oil, grease, grime and fouling. It is a concentrated formulation of multiple surfactants and organic agents and offers excellent penetration, emulsification and detergency capabilities for cleaning oily fouling. It is highly soluble in water, easy to apply, and safe for the environment. PCW-251SA5 petroleum cleaner is non-flammable, non-toxic, non-harmful, and non-corrosive. It is also very flexible on application methods and conditions. Cleaning oily fouled rigs, equipment, and pipelines with this product can save on costs, reduce safety and environmental hazards, and even provide some corrosion protection to the metal objects which have been cleaned.
PCW-251SA5 functions through the cleaning mechanism of rapid penetrating into the oily foulants, breaking large fouling apart into smaller forms, which then are emulsified and dispersed into cleaning fluid by flowing and circulation motions, or other physical or mechanical impacts to achieve clean removal of oil, grime and fouling.
